Great Service :) Lowes Always have what I need to get my Lawn in pristine condition!!

I have NEVER been more frustrated with a company in my entire life. We placed a rather large order online with Lowes to remodel our master bathroom. We have had nothing but issues with this order. From missing pieces and lost in-store pickup items (which we spent 2 1/2 hours in Lowes trying to get straightened out) to shipping us the wrong items and NOW when we opened the shower kit the back wall is broken. It will be 2 weeks before Lowes has it replaced. We have had horrible customer service (except Autumn at Hendersonville Lowes) through this entire experience. I will NEVER set foot in a Lowes again after this experience.

Great company!! Mitch and his team were awesome, friendly and FAST!! Ricardo and his crew were amazing! They even stayed late to finish the work in ONE DAY!! THANKS EMPIRE!!

We have had nothing but good experiences with Felds. They stand behind their work and have been very friendly. We wouldn't go any place else for our flooring needs.

Un sitio en donde puedes disfrutar lo bueno del servicio, con gran diferencia en relación con otras empresas de la zona Estoy seguro que volveré. Un Saludo

Ez to find nice people.. But small blind side truck dock.

Akel's Carpet One did a wonderful job installing new hardwood flooring and carpet throughout my house. Their staff at the store were very helpful in assisting us with picking out the best flooring options for our house and taking into consideration our budget for the project. I have referred Akel's Carpet One to many of my friends as well who have been very happy with their work.

My husband and I had a great experience with Carpet Mills! Mo is awesome to talk to, and has wonderful customer service skills. He went above and beyond to find the perfect carpet for my house, and even came out to my house at 7PM on a weeknight, the first day I came in there asking about carpet, with samples so we could decide which color we liked best. We also already had a quote from another place, and Mo worked with us on price to get us a better deal with better carpet and better padding. He came out there every day his guys were working, and his guys worked until 10PM each night they were installing the carpet to get it done. The week we got the carpet in it was raining, but as soon as the carpet arrived Mo made sure his guys got out there the first day we had any sunshine so they could get started on the install. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Mills to anyone!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Chris Clevidence!! My husband and I purchased our hardwood floors through him for our house remodel. From day one and throughout this process, he has been genuinely a nice, honest, helpful, positive guy!! It's been such a positive experience for me, living in the house during a big remodel has been challenging but Chris has made the process as easy as possible. He let us take home samples, always calls when he says he will, quick to get you answers, really cares that the customer has the best experience with Arnold's Flooring America, he scheduled us with the most experienced installation crew, the nicest guys who are very good, trustworthy and have been in the business for over 40 years, Rick and his crew!! Chris has also called everyday checking in during the installation to make sure everything is going ok and that we are happy. Because our experience with Chris has continued to be the best throughout this process, I decided to purchase our backsplash for the kitchen through Arnold's Flooring America on Cantrell as well. Chris put me in the hands of Andrea Eskola in Kitchen & Bath Design. She's helped me throughout the backsplash process, that is still ongoing and she has been helpful, sweet and a good design hand with experience! Very pleased with Chris, Andrea, Rick and the other guys installing our hardwood floors! We will continue to use them in the future for other needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone asking! Go to Arnold's Flooring America on Cantrell for a easy and great experience and products! ~Pamella

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and knowledge of products. Also very helpful in finding what your looking for at other locations if they do not have what you need. They go above and beyond in customer service and every other area that makes a business a great business.
