Flooring

Never never use them. Bullies. Horrible install and service. Nightmare

Great products and friendly helpful staff. #100- 1516 Keen Road Kelowna BC is the new location as of December 4th 2017! Been a loyal customer for past 5 years! Excellent service here.

We enjoyed great service while shopping at Jordon's for rugs when we moved. Friendly and knowledgeable service means that we will be sure to purchase from Jordon's again. Definitely the best selection of rugs in Kamloops. Thanks again, Dave for your help and understanding.

Undecided what rating should be given but in the end Jordans pulled through without alot of hassle which not all companies would do: wrong tile ordered causing delay in floor being layed, causing delay in cupboard installation. Floor then not properly installed, allowed installers to try and fix-did not work, another installer was sent to relay the entire floor but the area where they rebuilt the subfloor is not even and it is difficult to get the glue off the tiles. However, love the texture and color of the tile and the final workmanship. Also purchased carpet we are so happy with!

This is the second time I've used Jared from Eco Floor Store, and both times I'm been blown away by the quality of wood they do. There customer service and professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend The Eco Floor Store to everyone.

The best store I've ever been to they have everything there including a phone charger that saved my life. Nicest workers I've ever met I would recommend this store to everyone even if you don't want to buy flooring. If you ever drive past and aren't in a rush to get somewhere, stop in and look around! You won't regret it.

I purchased laminate flooring for my townhome, and had a really hard time deciding what i wanted. Shawn and Todd were both really great and patient in showing me many different options and colours. In the end I chose the Harbour Oak Grey and it looks fantastic in my home. Thank you Diverse flooring !!!

Good customer service and product.

Quick,pleasant service.

I wouldn’t recommend this company, especially if dealing with victor he’ll try to cheat you out of your money

These guys are amazing!! Bob claims he has 35 years in the business. And it shows! There work is perfect, there laminates are top quality... there $2.19 sq laminate "Supplied and Installed" is amazing. We have two dogs and three kids, we hoped the floor wouldn't get damaged but expected the worst. Our dog comes running into the house wet and muddy going 100 mph, attempts to slow down and slides through the kitchen into the living room. happens daily and still not a scratch.

Pat Harila Testimonial: European craftsmanship at its finest and at a fair and honest price. Our floor refinishing project started as a simple job but we decided to have Jerry do a complete re-colorization of all our hardwood floors. Jerry patiently mixed and demonstrated color combinations until we found one I liked - not an easy task! Then we moved out of our house to give Jerry space to work. We came home a week later to absolutely beautiful floors. Jerry did an amazing job, is easy to work with and has loads of experience so his suggestions are realistic. Jerry even put some finishing touches on the stairs even though that wasn't part of his contracted work. He's a great guy who does wonderful work and we would highly recommend Perfect Hardwood to anyone.

Used this company for many years, they do very good work at reasonable prices. Customer service / response back and general communication from the office could be better but i do know they lost some key staff members recently and are still "bouncing" back from their loss. But this company is still my first choice for vinyl flooring install and repairs

Very professional, accommodating staff, and expert craftsmen who did an exceptional job laying our carpet. It turned out beautifully, looks fantastic and we could not be happier! Best carpet experience ever!!
