Flooring

Excellent Customer Service & staff!! The vinyl tile flooring was installed beautifully & professionally by two really great guys who were very personable & friendly!! Family-run business & I had wonderful customer service from everyone! Really cool people working there!! I highly recommend them - - the selection of flooring is just wonderful & the installation was spectacular!! Great job, guys!!! ^_^

Excellent place to find what is needed for any home improvement project.... I personally love the garden department; it has an ample variety of plants and flowers.

Sorry, but they deserve this. When you call A company up to go to your home For a new carpet estimate and they tell you they will call you either that day or the next, and you never hear back from them, even when you call and leave them a message trying to find out why you haven’t heard from them, this is not only unprofessional, but signs of a horrible company. Our company would never think of calling them again. And we are a Real Estate Company.

I have had the very worst experience with this company. Their discounts are just meant to confuse you. If you ask them about any of their discounts make sure you get it, they try to sell you something the discounts don't work with. We asked for a free quote and the sales person was 3 hours late. Then when they did show up, the person was disrespectful beyond belief. There so many carpet and flooring companies out there. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT EMPIRE!

Guest services are courteous and helpful. I especially enjoyed my interaction with Coach regarding how to prepare, plant and maintain my landscaping! My only complaint is when shopping in the garden department, the perennials in annuals are mixed together so you have to be careful what your picking up. Return policy is great!

I had all my floors re-done with Luxury Vinyl waterproof tile and am enjoying it immensely! The service was top notch, for example when there was a ‘human’ error on the part of the suppliers, Bob took care of it IMMEDIATELY! I recommend them, their installers are friendly and have a sense of humor which I particular like!!’

Nice store with a lot of options.

Very knowledgeable of products and willing to share information.

Oh, My! Run don't walk from this company! I don't get it, they spend a fortune advertising to us on T.V. Then when they come out, you basically find out you have wasted your time. I am on hold with them right now as I write this. We called, we set an appointment, a lady came out and promised us everything we asked for. She did not have enough time to finish our quote. She promised she would email it that evening. The email did not come in the evening nor the morning. I called Empire the next morning and asked what's up? They called the sales lady and said I would be getting a call. That call never came!! So I'm on hold with them right now to see where the quote is. There are so many carpet places, I would not even call these guys all they do is suck your time.

I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism . The work was done in a reasonable length of time and well done!
