Flooring

We are so pleased with All Pro Floors! The price was competitive. The work was done in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. All Pro got the material quickly, worked around our scheduling needs and completed the entire process faster than the last carpet company we used placed the order. We felt like our house was “cared” for. Ron did a great job on the work and Marya always responded to our needs quickly. The entire company was top notch.

THE WORST EVER VERY BAD!!!!!!! .We have been going through a remodel for the last 8 mos,we had picked out all of our counter tops when it came time to install them, we get a call and tell us we cant get what you wanted, so we pick out other style tell us no problem, then another call we don't have enough to complete your order, so we pick out other colors and styles a total of four to cover our bases, so low and behold of the four they could only supply one color and had enough to do our job, mind you this started in Feb and now it is Aug, so we had paid for them to install and do all the holes for items needed, the start of aug it is installed , I get home and it looks good, but guess what they did not cut a hole for my soap dispenser, that I had paid to get done back in Feb I go down to the store to tell them you for got to drill the 3rd hole for my soap dispenser, and Sue who runs the place tells me no no no you no pay I show her my invoice and it shows it includes all fabrication she say no no that not included if you want I charge you $50.00 dollars more to have it done. buy this time I am very angry with them that I just walk out and think now I will do it my self. so just want all of you to know buyer beware of the shady practice. of how they do business I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Bob and Co recently completed a large job putting both carpet and vinyl flooring in a rental unit we own, the job was done quickly, professionally and without any hassle... one small issue was noticed and corrected immediately. Though I have used Bob before on a small carpet job in my own home, I still went through the process of soliciting several bids for this larger job, Murnane Carpet & Floor not only had the best price (not by much) but I had the satisfaction of working with a local independent business and someone I trust. Very satisfied, overall and I will use Murnane Carpet & Floors again.

I heard about Angel's Floor Coverings from a property manager in Santa Rosa. I had purchased a rental property that needed carpeting and interior paint. Based on their very reasonable estimate, I expected that I would be satisfied with their work, but I didn't expect the final product would be amazing. Well, it was! They truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was first rate. The workers showed up and finished on time. Hernan, who supervised the project, was very helpful and easy to reach by phone or email. I got the impression they really wanted to please us. When it comes time to paint the exterior, I'll be calling Angel's. The same goes for future painting and flooring needs at my residence.

It took them a day longer then they said it would to install the carpet. A week after the carpet was installed there was defect in the carpet. When I called to let them know that there was a problem with the carpet. They didn't return any phone calls. Finally my friend's son went to the store to try and solve this problem. They sent a man to the house and he cut out the defective carpet. He left a hole in the middle of the living room floor and didn't repair it. After I was told that they would get back to me and never did. I was forced to call Conklin Brothers and they were out the next day to fix the job Carpet One didn't want to deal with. As soon as Carpet one was paid they were gone. Conklin Brothers were much more professional then Carpet One. Once the check cleared I never did hear back from Carpet One.

I had Steve come out and give me an estimate for a screen and coat job on my Kahrs Swedish hardwood floors. Terry came out and put down a coat of satin finish, he did a great job, however it was not what we wanted. Steve came out and saw that we were disappointed with the finish and had Terry come out a couple of days later and he did a new screen and coat and it was a beautiful job with a semi-gloss urethane. We were very happy, and although they came out twice and used very expensive Bona Traffic urethane each time, he didn't even want to charge extra. Their prices are lower than other places we contacted. Believe me, this is a class act! Highly recommended! Allen Cunningham Windsor, CA

We recently had Travis and the team at Healdsburg Floors help us with new flooring in two of our bedrooms. They were easy to work with, professional and the job was completed beautifully. We couldn't be happier with our new floors. We would definitely recommend working with their team.

Layout is a little confusing, just more sections/areas. They don't carry compost, huh. Lots of other garden stuff and bbq's. Parking was fair.

These guys are great! Professional with lots of choices.

Review for Rich Hardwood Floors Inc. posted 26 hours ago by joantabbwaisbein Relationship: Client Project Date: March 2013 Project Price Range: $10,000-$49,999 We've hired Brad Rich twice now, and he's outdone himself each time! First he did our entire home in a gorgeous oak floor and we loved it! He is also a delight to work with and has wonderful attention to detail and pride in doing his work to very high standards. He's a total professional. Then, when we moved and got a larger place, Brad really outdid himself. We let him offer some creative ideas and he came up with the most beautiful entry floor medallion of grape clusters. He did this complex project on time and on budget with gorgeous craftsmanship, and as always, provided fair and competitive pricing. He also had to match some pre existing hardwood floors and did them beautifully with some lovely creative detailing. Brad goes above and beyond. He takes his profession very seriously and combines the best of being a great technician with being a creative idea man. He deserves ALL of those 5 stars and we recommend Brad Rich to all our friends -- the ones we REALLY like : )
