Flooring

The flooring that we ordered (Armstrong Luxe Plank "Farmhouse Plank Rugged Brown") came in a timely manner and it looks awesome. Service was great too. We accidentally ordered the wrong trim pieces; they quickly ordered the correct ones and exchanged them no problem.

Tyler and Pete are AWESOME. Super responsive, great products and excellent pricing. Awesome value. Love these guys. Used them even for flooring needs outside of San Diego!!

The customer service is everything you'd want and the selection of flooring is top notch. From my initial phone call with questions, to scheduling the measuring of my floors, everything went perfectly. It's hard to find a company these days that will actually do what they promise and I put Cole's at the top of my list for doing just that. Joanna and Katie were professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my issues and they helped me make decisions. I will never go anywhere else but Cole's for my flooring needs.

I worked with Ryan and Dave. Overwhelmingly positive experience. ~900 sqft of demo, leveling, and new floors including a stair case. My final invoice came in a couple hundred less than what they bid, indicative of conservatism in bidding and honesty upon completion. Dave was knowledgable and direct, but still very polite. I accomplished with him in 30 minutes what took more than a few hours at other shops during the bid process. Ryan and his team were always available, polite, professional, and responsive. They quickly adapted to meet unforeseen delays and circumstances which are common during jobs like this. Communication was first-rate. If you want people who do what they say they're going to do, how they say they will, and be positive to work with, Solana Flooring will hit the mark.

Great experience. Easy to work with. Job completed on time. Very satisfied.
