Flooring

Diane was very helpful & got me exactly what I wanted at a great price! I highly recommend Diane at Artwork Tile in Lomita!

Waited 25 minutes for help. Not good. For a holiday weekend there should be more help.

Hm flooring has very good pricing on their flooring, in fact many flooring companies will purchase from HM to sale at their own storefront.

Fred, Liz and crew you guys are awesome! I had a hard time deciding what would be best, to renovate the master bathroom in my house. Liz helped me decide what the best way to go would be and let me tell you that decision I don't regret at all! We soon got all the details and the plan worked out while Fred helped me with a great buy! The installing process went efficiently and ended up being completed really fast! Great decision, great buy!

I have used American Carpets for all my carpeting, flooring and, most recently, a bathroom remodeling in my condo. Mehdi has expertise not only about carpets and floors but also in home renovations. He helped me in selecting the tiles and although at first I was hesitant to put in a cast iron tub (I thought it might be too heavy), I am so glad he convinced me. I love it! The workmen Hector and his sons are pleasant, courteous and arrived on time every day. Hector’s workmanship of installing the tiles and plumbing is highly skilled. Mehdi came in the middle of the job to check and at the end to make sure it is done properly and to my satisfaction. Now that is great service. I wholeheartedly recommend American Carpets/Mehdi for your projects, whether it is small or large.

I had Mike install a floating floor 3 years ago and was very happy with the results, till the boards began separating near one wall. I called Mike and explained the problem and said I would pay to have it fixed properly. They would have to remove the baseboard and tighten the boards. He came and looked at it and said, jokingly? we can do it in 2 years, its not really an urgent problem. Haven't heard from him since. Unbelievable.

Yes they dont deserve even a half a star. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My personal experience is horrifying. My installation is second rate to say the least. I am dealing with their shoddy work and half truths on a daily basis. Its a $20,000+ job. The workers are inexperienced, sloppy and made to rush. They have dragged my never ending job out as they dont have enough workers or equipment. They had to share tools on another job and workers. They take on as many jobs as possible short changing the work on my home leaving you hanging. Once this worthless company has your deposit and starts tearing your floors apart he has you by the throat. I should have fired them immediately but I thought things would get better. No way, it got worse! The flooring job is so ghetto with chips, spaces and empty hollow spots with no glue. Maybe this company was decent at one time. But time has passed. This flooring company ruined my brand new paint job through out my entire house. They got tar on my driveway and their trucks leaked oil. You cant make this stuff up. You've been warned.

Hana Hardwood Flooring Dec 16, 2016 - What a wonderful experience. We had a water leak that damaged our downstairs hardwood floor. The dilemma we faced was finding a match for the downstairs floor that would match our stairs leading up to the second level of our townhouse. We were told by another flooring company they could not find a match and that what we originally installed had been discontinued. My wife contacted Hana Hardwood Flooring (HHF), and Jana told us Chris would come out to our home that evening to assess the situation. The next day he contacted us with an estimate and informed us he had found a match for our flooring. The estimate was extremely fair and work could start within a day or so. William’s crew arrived punctually and began the arduous process of demolishing the current hardwood floor. They then meticulously installed the perfectly matched engineered hardwood. The end result was a beautifully completed as promised project. They then proceeded to re-place all the furniture and made sure the area was left spic and span. Kudo’s to William and his wonderful crew and kudos to Chris for coming by that evening to check out the final results. In conclusion, HHF, far exceeded our expectations in timeliness, cost and workmanship. We highly recommend HHF for all your hardwood flooring needs. Sue & AL B. San Pedro, CA
