They aren't terrible to deal with until you have a problem. One must have the patience of a saint, to get your floor fixed. It is infrequent to deal with such incompetence. The people in the store pass it off to the installer who doesn't give a rat's ass. If you stay on them day in and day out you should see some satisfaction in ten to 14 days. It is mind numbing dealing with them. They are all to gracious to take your money....but when there is a problem....good luck. Like every other company out there.

I bought a vanity, counter top and storage unit for my bathroom. As i pulled the pieces out of the box for the storage unit, some of the panels were warped. The instructions are on big picture, no detail, and no written instructions.
I did my best to assemble the unit, but the fasteners are embarrassingly cheap. They did not align well, and when they did align the supposedly anchor pieces were simply inserted into the wood and easily pulled out.
The prices are cheap, and so are their products.
