Carpet installed in home 3 and half years ago started to lift soon after. Now it is at the point where I need to replace all the carpet. Not impressed. When my wife tried to rectify the situation she was hung up on by the company. They do not stand by their work. I have had a Journeyman Floor Layer look at the carpet in my home. He indicated the job was done incredibly poorly and the company should stand by their work and fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they were willing to admit their mistakes and fix the issues it may be a different story but that is not the case. Buyer Beware!

We have used gordon wall flooring on over 10 flooring jobs and have purchased hundreds of gallons of paint over the last 9 years. They stick to their quotes, show up on time and I have yet to have an install I am not happy with. We have purchased: Linoleum, carpet, vinyl planking, tile, and paint.

Almost everyone who works here knows what they sell in the store, where you can find it or to refer you to the right department. Very helpful, friendly and comfortable environment. I'm always happy to visit this store.

Poor customer service after spending 1200.00 on a Weber Bbq it came with the wrong cooking grates and flavorizing bars...went back to the store to get them changed said not their fault call Weber to get them changed. It would have gone a long way if they said "no problem we will swap them out from another unit or call Weber and get them overnighted"...but now we are taking it back must be nice to blow a 1200.00 sale and not worry about it.
