Flooring

Our experience with the Cranbrook store has been very unsatisfactory. The workmanship was poor, and the customer service is inadequate. It has been over a year and we are still trying to have deficiencies corrected, with no meaningful response from Fitz.

While I don't visit in store often, their auction Facebook page is great! I wish more businesses would do this.

I don't often leave business reviews, though my recent experience with Kootenai Moon has inspired me to do so on this particular occasion. I have had the opportunity to browse this store on a couple of my visits to Nelson BC, as I do not live there. The Staff has always been very helpful and accommodating with any of my questions or requests, which is why I chose Kootenai Moon to purchase some dining chairs for a table that I recently purchased in Alberta. Being a bachelor, I called one of the staff do get some Interior design advice for something that would go well with my table. I sent a picture of my table in and I was promptly sent some choices that they had in store and also some choices that were available out of store. The choice was easy and all products I felt were at a very fair price, especially considering I was buying out of Province and at a higher Tax. A huge Thank You to Mandy, Val and all the staff at Kootenai moon! G

Asked for a very simple project. Paid to have it completed. Project has been left unfinished and idle for 6 months. Contractor continually makes promises to finish the job and then never shows up. Would never recommend. Worst experience in the kootenays.

Always helpful. Pleasant staff.

Love this store in Creston. It is our "go to" place for all things hardware, small appliances, building supplies. We also frequent Claresholm.

I've known this company for about fifteen years. I own a beautiful Douglas Fir Clear 9' Reception Desk made by them,. The quality and craftsmanship are unequalled. A piece that I will last a century or more. Also they are completely reliable and do a great job on all their lumber projects. Charlene Crawford President - Crawford Creek Lumber Co. Ltd.
