We received a quote for ceiling tiles and some new flooring products.. the staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. AJ did a great job explaining options and providing more detail about best practices when installing. Will buy from here again.

We had a great experience getting our stairs recarpeted by this place. The folks in store were really patient and helpful explaining to us all the options, not pushy or trying to upsell us on stuff we dont need. The installation went off smoothly too - I'm always nervous with other people doing work to my house but the installer came when they said he would, did a great job and cleaned up too. I'd go back here for work in a heartbeat.

We just purchased a new home with floors that were sub par. We received Terry's contact information and he immediately came in and was amazingly professional from the very start. He kept us up to date through out the whole process and we were always able to get in contact with him. We could not be happier with the finished product!! His patch work looked incredible and we highly recommend him and his team! If you want fantastic fast quality work contact him now!!!

Low quality work, tried to intimidate me, stopped answering their phone after I had an inspector come in.
Bubbles throughout the finish, 60% of the house. Dust everywhere because they did not poly off rooms. Baseboards and door bottoms stained because they did not tape. Chatter lines everywhere from poorly maintained equipment. Stain variation and circular swirls everywhere from pure laziness.
They tried to intimidate me when I said I wanted to get a second opinion on the quality of the work. They stopped communicating when I send them the certified inspection report.
