We have had an excellent experience with the former Grant's Tiles. They have a very large selection of tiles, with great variety. Tracie, who guided us through the process, is a perfect mix of letting us browse and hands-on advice and support. It seems there are some hiccups in the transition to becoming part of Westboro, which included our order being misconverted from sq.ft. into individual tiles. However, Tracie was exemplary in working with us to find a delivery solution for the balance of the order, so that our contractor could keep to his schedule. I was very impressed with the extra effort Tracie went to, and her calm demeanor. We love our tiles, and recommend the ex-Grant Tiles very highly.

We shopped around and can't even compare the service, price, and product quality to Carpet Plus. Their price was incredible, the product was outstanding compared to other places in that price area, and they installed on time. Installation was excellent; they even added a nose to my top step, which I didn't ask for. Quality work - quality product - quality service! We are very happy customers.

One of the greatest shopping experiences you can have. The owners are very helpful and they often stock items other Home Hardware locations would not even think of. Parking is on the road, but there are plenty of spots available.

We had a flood in our basement and needed new flooring. Justin at End of the Roll was extremely helpful with choosing a better flooring for our problem basement. The flooring was in store and installed within the week.......Thank you to End of the Roll.

Lowe's has great prices and I like the online order and in-store pickup...but be warned, you don't actually save any time with in-store pickup! I only use it if they only have a few items left of something I want.
