I just had an appointment in my studio with Ben Renth from SofSurfaces. First of all I love the flooring samples I saw, but it was the experience that made me want to write this review. Ben reached out to me almost a month ago requesting an appointment in my studio with no pressure. He confirmed the appointment last week and arrived early. He educated me about the product and shared ideas that were relevant to my personal training studio with respect and understanding. This was one of the most pleasant appointments I have ever had with a vendor. I am looking forward to my specific estimate and doing business with this company. Thank you Ben and SofSurfaces!

David has a passion and a vision for excellence in all aspects of his business - knowledge, technical expertise and attention to his customers. He and Cindy from the Kingston store helped us find an antique rug for our redecorated living room and then cleaned and most skillfully restored two family heirloom rugs that will last through future generations - the work was superb. David provided very convenient pickup and delivery to our home in Prince Edward County.
