Awesome!!

Excellent service !

Bought a kitchen table set and it fell apart in a few months. We have contacted them many times about this and they do not return your phone calls. Bought the table 2 years ago paid almost 1000.00 for it and it's garbage. The wood on the table started swelling after one month. We told them about it and they said that we must have spilled water on the table and that it is basically our fault and there was nothing that they could do about it. Not satisfied at all. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy anything there again. Hopefully they bulldoze the place down and turn it into a parking lot for Swiss chalet.

Awesome people

just bought a love seat and chair today and well be back for more love it

I had my dog chew threw my brand new couch a number of years ago. Brough it to a man and woman operation out of the basement of their house. Very friendly and nice, price was reasonable and they did such an amazing job. You couldn't even tell that it had happened .And i love supporting a local husband and wife business. He is disabled in a wheel chair but that doesn't allo him down. Great work, great service . I'll be back

Quick, friendly and thorough help despite being the busiest time of the day and year.

After my husband had a major stroke and we returned home from 5 months in hospital , we found our dryer was not working. It was a Saturday, the second one before Christmas, so busy for stores. I called Fundy, explaining the problem with the dryer to the technician. It was clear the dryer was beyond repair, as the electronic panel had failed and could not be replaced. Brian e-mailed me some options for a new washer/dryer, as I was unable to get to Truro in the near future. We settled on a good, reliable set and he stated he would get back to me with a delivery date. I was hoping by Wednesday, but secretly wished for maybe Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when he stated he would be there in a little over an hour. We live in Tatamagouche, so not a quick trip on a busy day. He came, set it up, removed the old set and instructed me on its use. I can’t tell you the number of loads I have done in the last 7 days, It has been a life-saver. The machines are great quality, efficient and wash and dry beautifully. Thank you so much for your kindness, and going the extra mile for us.

I purchased my new fridge from Berry's Furniture. They were offering a good deal at the time and I decided to go with the little guy over one of the bigger box stores expecting better customer service. While my initial ordering was pleasant, communications broke down quickly thereafter. My promised delivery date was missed, there was no communication from Berry's regarding when I could expect my fridge - it took over 2 months to finally get my fridge in the house. Each time I phoned to get an idea of when my fridge would be delivered I got passed around, delayed, and outright lied to. The wait honestly was not the hardest part, and had the communication been better, I would of been a very happy camper. Not pleased with the customer service from the store. The delivery men were, however, very prompt, polite and kind! They called ahead of time to let me know when they would be in the area. The fridge was delivered as expected with no defects and is working great!

Love thrifting but I also like having staff members treat me as though I'm up to no good. Was waiting for my friend to get changed and I was asked to keep the things I bought behind the counter if I planned on stealing from you I wouldn't have spent sixty dollars.

Clean helpful and good products

Great and staff helpful and friendly!
