Furniture

Robert is very knowledge, listens well, and the store has the product!

Best place to get great furniture. No junk

Over 2 hours late to deliver . The delivery guys did not have the tools they needed to remove the couch legs . So they decided to just force it though the door . Denting my front door and it broke off one of the couch legs !! I will never deal with them again!!

Great store to Buy from . Good quality furniture at great prices . The guys that work here are a true pleasure to work with .

Krystian was a huge help! Nice stuff and great sales. Suggest spending time here. Worth looking for deals!

Excellent customer service. They worked with us to figure out what mattress would best suit our sleeping style. Even had a diagnostic bed to determine what we needed (firm or plush). Prices are very reasonable as well.

Usually the customer service is horrible but prices are right. Every time I feel like people working there hide except today. Today was different three people asked me if I needed help and the cashier was nice for once. Today was a good experience. Hopefully it stays that way.

no information about what is in stock is available online or over the phone. The phone number does not go to human bring just a mesage telling you to arrive in person. the only thing you can do is physically show up in store. This the 21st century and this is a large multinational just-in-time business and you're not able to have an inventory available for your stores in Canada but you can have a relatively precise inventory of all the United States stores?

i LOVE THIS RENT-A-CENTER. THE WHOLE STAFF!!! They have been so nice and understanding since I have started a contract with them. They don't blow your phone up and your word is your word with them. They sold me a pretty laptop. Every time I talk to them, I'm so comfortable. If you are looking for a nice and understandable staff this is most def the rent a center to come too.

Have been going there about 5 years every one very nice and always help full

Great service and good selection for students!

After waiting at the customer pick up area for 15 minutes I finally called into the store to find out why no one was coming. They pages a guy who promptly came out and called us liars saying we weren’t waiting that long. He stated he got the request at 11:45. He failed to check his watch because when he finally came out it was 11:59. Finally went back in to customer service and cancelled the entire order. Not only did they lose the sale but they have now lost a customer for life. I will share my experience with everyone I know. They can’t say they didn’t know we were there either because when we pulled up to the loading area 2 guys were just finishing loading another vehicle and there was a lady and another man having a smoke break. Buyer beware.

Walked in and found the exact pieces if furniture for my home. The selection is comparable to "ashley's furniture" in toronto. Amazing and higher end pieces along with budget friendly pieces. I was disappointed with the local big box store a few days ago but Irina in riley's was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back in the near future for a gorgeous dining set i found there. Two thumbs up for this windsor business

Don't rent from here they like pulling missed payment

I was very pleased with the service from Gardner White Furniture in Taylor. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They immediately asked what I was looking for and showed me appropriate floor samples. They didn’t hesitate to help and answered all my questions.

Our FAVORITE aspect of the $6,000+ in furniture we bought this past weekend was the look on our “salesman’s” face when he walked up after we asked that he be paged when we were ready to make our purchase. No fake pushing a chair in at the display set next to us to say “oh hey folks there you are! Yes that’s available in blue”. No guy pretending that he isn’t following us and then “magically” appears behind a bookshelf saying “Oh by the way I can bring the price down if you buy this as well!”. He said “Hi, my name is Scott, I’m not going to bother you, here’s our weekend deals, I simply ask that if anyone asks you if you’ve been helped you say yes Scott is helping me, if you need me please ask for me, I’m here for ANYTHING you need!”. AMAZING! Stop creeping on your patrons. If we are there to begin with then we are clearly prospective buyers. Art Van had an amazing outfit of furniture and we could not be more pleased! We will be returning to finish furnishing the rest of our new home! Thank you Scott for your help when we needed it. Thank you Art Van for your excellent selection and well kept store.
