Furniture

I was asked to write a review by the manager in the store. We just received our furniture on April 20th, 2018. This is my first review EVER ::)))). I hope I do it correctly. lol My family and I have been coming to this store for years. Both my sisters and my son have bought furniture from here. Now it was my turn. I have to say that the service from all of them working there has been so perfect that I was glad to write a review. Canadian made, and in our backyard to buy, its PERFECT. I would strongly recommend this store. Barb has been great. The store manager. My pillows didn't arrive, but on 2 of the orders, they didn't come as well. Don't worry, they got us our pillows later. AND we were warned that they might not come. LOL. Regards Sunny Walia

Cute shop. Friendly staff. Great workshops.

Would highly recommend. They re-upholstered a mid-century office swivel chair. It was quite complicated with rows of stitching that had to be exact. He did an amazing job!! It was also done in the timeframe he promised. Loads of fabric options to choose from. Thanks Dennis Fashion Upholstery for your amazing craftmanship!!

Absolutely horrible experience, overpriced they jerked me around for several months and waited until my warranty expired on my mattress and then proceeded to tell me that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do to help me. very poor customer service very poor staff very poor product just a very poor experience altogether I do not recommend shopping at the 4th Avenue location in Ridley Square St Catharines Ontario

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! My furniture took over 5 months to arrive because it was shipped from China in multiple shipments. The store refuse to refund my purchase after the first shipment was late. Then they brought furniture that were floor models and already assembled after I complained. 5 months to receive furniture!?!?!?!?! SHAME ON THEM, THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!

Great place to get furniture and stuff for your home at great prices.

Great used office furniture and new office furniture! Great service better than the big box

Very helpful when buying..but that’s where it ends. Have a very noisy reclining loveseat that is still not resolved for over a year.Numerous phone calls to them and plenty of dropping in to see where things stand with trying to get a rep to the house.Nothing happens Buyer beware June 2020

decent pricing, great staff

Had a wonderful experience. I worked with Doug Collins who was super knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was there to answer all of my questions, but also let me look around by myself. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends. Can't wait for my furniture to arrive!!

Katharina Michalski is amazing! Corporate businesses can be a little bit difficult to work for. With the pressure of having to hit different metrics. I know because I work for one. You have to love what you do and focus on the person you are with to make them feel at home. With that good experience they too will spread the good word about how great it was! Katharina does just that. Thank you for all of your help! Thank you for changing my bad experience into a wonderful one!

We bought three regular size pillows around one week ago, we love these natural pillows. All of us feel so comfortable! And you will get a discount by going to the home office to pick up the pillows which is a nice bonus! :)

Always a great experience when shopping at Bombay
