Seems like a decent place if you do not want the hassle of going to London. Free delivery and removal of old mattress which is nice. I don't know if I over paid or not but was happy with the customer service.

High quality and affordable printing. Would be great if they sold a wider range of paper for custom stationary. They are happy to order things in, but you must have enough lead time to wait for products to arrive!
