Terrible customer service experience at the Winnipeg Leons on Sunday evening. We went to the store to buy a Whirlpool range. The sales associate initially seemed very enthusiastic explaining about the product. When we asked about price matching on the exact same model at a local competitor (who were selling it for $550 less than Leons price), the sales associate so awkwardly walked away from us saying that we do not match such prices. We had showed him the price on the competitor website and this fellow so rudely asked us that if they are selling it for that much, why do not we go and buy from them. This sales representative did not bother to ask his reporting/duty/store managers, if they could honor a competitor price (as stated on the company website). This was the most embarrassing shopping experience we have ever had.

Purchased a sofa and coffee table set from this location. The sales associate Frank was ok while we made the purchase, he wasn’t super helpful. I was told they will call me to confirm delivery date which never happened, so I called them and was told that my delivery date was not until the new year because that’s how it was entered in the system by the associate. So it was moved from December to January. I said that’s not what I was promised and that I was told December, it took few calls but was finally fixed. When items were delivered I realized that the coffee table set was too big for my space. I called the location and was told that I had to bring in the table with in 2 days to exchange it, I asked if they could pick up the set while delivering my other set and was told no. So I took it back in the next day only to get yelled at by the same sale associate. Horrible customer service from this associate, not worth the savings. Spent over $3000.00 but will never go back there again, hope the furniture is not as bad as their service.

We have now owned our hot tub for just over one month, with no issues - it works great and my family is enjoying it very much. A special acknowledgement to the GM of Krevko who came to our home on a Saturday, his day off, to check on a glitch with the initial set up. The concern turned out to be with our electrical panel not the tub but it was reassuring and appreciated to have him come and have a look himself.
