I have always been served very well. Staff is invariably very helpful and pleasant. I have been shopping there for the last 16 years and never had occasion to regret any of my purchases or the quality of the services provided to me in connection with these purchases. I commend this store without any qualifications.

Business discontinued. Owner retired.

Dam good work

Wow Madonna gave me a wicked deal this is my new billiards supplier here in the Ottawa valley you won't be disappointed you came customer service is what these people know I was pleasantly surprised good service friendly knowlagable staff is hard to find you won't have to look to hard at palason billiard supply tell Madonna the gerbil sent you

If I could leave no stars, I would. Buyer beware. These people are difficult to work with when you are unhappy with a product. Basically your stuck with your purchase even if it is NOTHING like what is portrayed on their website. Customer service is out the window and you don't matter.

Lots of really nice stuff.

Very nice staff and lots of selections

This location has great selection of different books, there is separate shelf for only cooking and healthy eating books. The staff is very helpful there and always treat you well and careful packing fragile items. They open until 9pm on Saturday and until 7pm on Sunday.
