Great place to shop!!

Today I called this place at noon. I wanted to know if they had any laptops in stock, and some pricing. The lady that answered was polite, but she mentioned her manager was the one who made all decisions. So I was understanding at the fact that the manager had "Stepped out" and I would get a call back. 3 hours went by and still no call. So I figured they were busy and forgotten. So I called and I got the "Its been busy" run around, also the manager has not returned but would be back in "20 minutes", I figured it was just another run around. And it was, it has been now 2 hours since the manager was supposed to be back and they close in a couple of hours. And in my defence I had other important things to take care of so going in wasn't an option until I knew specific details.

Great experience with Cara, she was knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. I stopped in to just look at sectionals and came back and bought one!

We couldn't ask for better service! Very helpful and friendly associate who helped us out. We had lots of questions and she gave us all the answers we needed. Not pushy at all! The staff were so patient with us as we were shopping with our two small children and made sure to speed up the process so the little kiddies didn't have to wait so long! One associate even gave my son some iced tea because the little guy was thirsty. I call that fantastic service! I'd definitely recommend Dufresne and plan on shopping there in the future!
