I can honestly say this place is the best place to shop for furniture. As soon as you walk in everyone there is so sweet and friendly. We even met Mr Mack and he greeted us with a huge smile and of course I asked if I can take a quick picture with him and he responded “Well of course” I have so much respect for this man and all that he does for Houston. Well we ended up buying all new furniture for our entire new house. We are getting a house built and hubby wanted new furniture for the entire house. Merry Christmas to us . All I can say I will never stop into another furniture place but Gallery Furniture. Beautiful furniture and very reasonable price. I will highly recommend to all my family and friends to at least stop by and check out this place. You won’t regret it. Merry Christmas Gallery furniture you guys Rock. We ordered a Boardroom table through e3. The process for ordering at our workplace is extensive in that we have to get numerous quotes, bring to a Finance Committee and then approved by our Board. Most companies stopped taking my calls but the staff at e3 understood our needs and worked with us for an entire year. Once the table was purchased and installed we were very impressed with the quality of the table and as well the installation process. Very Pleased!

This location worked perfectly for my pick-up. We had 18 items delivered and they helped us bring them to our car. Delivery only took 8 business days.
I see most people complaining about the hours but the hours are listed when you make the order. Having to live within the 10am to 3pm time frame is much better then paying an additional $100 in shipping IMO.
Would use this service again!
