Furniture

We searched a lot for a furniture provider, and are happy with Groupe Focus. Here is the good an the bad: GOOD Excellent prices A lot of choice Easy to work with Very professional service Friendly, fast, efficient installation BAD Long delays until delivery. Order well in advance. One delivery had broken furniture, and another was in complete. Now we fall back into the long delays, which are costly to us, as we need those desks. Not much selection in the used furniture department. This I do not understand. All the furniture stores are telling us that they are not interested in picking up their used furniture because they are over-stocked, but when we want to buy, they don't have much, and what they have is almost as expensive as the new stuff. SUMMARY Despite this annoyance, on the balance the experience is positive. We will use them again, and I would recommend them.

Was surprised to see lots of nice furniture at a good price

Very nice furniture, a bit pricey but good quality

Mauvais service

Très beau magasin.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! In my 10 plus years in customer service I have NEVER been this mistreated in my life. NONE and I mean NONE of the promises made were accomplished. They made me take 3 different days off of work to receive my couch. Then, when I called to let them know the washer I paid 50$ extra to be installed by them was leaking, they told me they would call me back in 7 days. THEY NEVER DID. Not only that, when I called they told me they would call me back the next day....then the next day I called they said it would be the following day....AND AGAIN. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! I was supposed to receive a 150$ gas gift card with my purchases, and they decided they weren't giving it anymore that they would apply it on the amount with no notification. And when I told them I would prefer the gift card they promised, I was told it would not be possible. I literally just spent around 7000$ there, and this is what I get for it.

Good service, nice selection. But, shop around and wait for the specials - you can save hundreds

Worst place to buy the furniture. I bought more than 6k$ worth of furniture from them. First they charged extra delivery by dividing it into two orders as some parts were not ready at first delivery date. But then everything got delivered on the same day. They refused to return the charges of the 2nd delivery. Second, the salesman sold me wrong mattress base which was compatible with my bed and the mattress. I had to get it replaced. Third, there were some damage parts of the bed and chairs. They just colored the ripped part of bed and for chairs I am still waiting to get the replacement. They ve worst after sales customer service i ve experienced in Canada. No follow up on the customer complaint from their end. I ve called them multiple times and every time they seems to ve no clue of the complaint. Every time they tells me that person before did some mistake. There is no replacement request in the system. They are doing it again now and I should receive the replacement of the damage part in ~6 weeks. And the cycle starts again when I dont hear from them. Its been 7 months now. Still following and trying to get my replacement . But surely not recommended at all. There are many others who have good quality and better price with excellent customer care.

If looking for furniture good place to come.

Ravie

I am client of this magazine since 3 years ago and always advice my friends to go there. Very good quality and the best price!!!

It's just about this branch I'm writing comments, and not Structube! Not the cleanest branch of Structube I've visited! There are boxes and stuff all around the place. Lack of stock considering the size of the branch. They could manage it better in Dix30!!

A little bit smaller in comparison with the one near the airport. But because it has less people, you can find items that may be sold out in other stores. I found three items that were not at any other place. But one great pro about this store is how close is to Costco and others. When going to the ikea close the airport there's nothing else around. Here, I went to Ikea, then Costco, in one single drive, just seconds away. Good to save time.

Toujours bien accueilli. Très facile de faire des affaires avec.
