je suis avec eux depuis maintenant presque 3 ans et pas de problème seul bemole on a pris une alarme pour diminution du coût d'assurance mais avoir su on aurais pas acheter aucune différence dans le prix de l'assurance mais comme je dit aucun problème avec la compagnie Intégral super service et rapide

I bought a queen bed from the Brick ( Marche Central , 8701 La’acadie Boulevard , Montreal QC , H4R 3K1 ) since the 26th of Aug-18 with the invoice no 082683CFQAU . The first delivery was done after 2 weeks and the bed-head was damaged as noticed by the delivery team , so the delivery team took back the bed-head along with the screws , your customer service team called me and told me to wait about 10 days to get another bed-head since you do not have one in stock , next delivery you send the bed-head but forgot to send the screws so the delivery team could not fix the bed and took the bed-head back with them, after that your customer service team called me with apology and asked me to wait and they promised to send in the coming delivery the bed-head along with the screws and make sure they fix the bed properly and will give me back C$ 100/- , the third time again the delivery team brought the bed-head without the screws . Again after that I received a call from your customer service and they mentioned that they will send the whole bed and not only the bed-head because of the continuous mistake they do over and over. Now as a result to your delay , I need you to fix the bed and return the C$100 immediate or to cancel the invoice of the bed and to return my money pl
