Furniture

Very very poor customer service. There was 3 sales rep. in the store. One was dealing with the customer. 2nd was busy reading some story book, I asked him to help me with price, he referred me to the third one. 3rd sales rep was already mad for some reason. Didn't help me at all. I left the store because nobody cared. I would like to drive calgary or airdrie or even further but won't go back to okotoks store.

Very nice store. Too quality furniture. Staff was very helpful

Amazing customer Service and great work.

Unbelievable place... unique wooden furniture and carved sculptures.

Thank you Lisa Anne for all of your advice on quality products and your fantastic customer service. As someone who believes that great customer service is a thing of the past I am proud to report that my experience at Staples was excellent. For great products at even better prices Staples is my one stop shop. Sincerely, Matt Affleck

I had to print off some paperwork and the gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs it

Awesome everytime I'm in the area i go here

I love that the money is put back into the community. I go here if I need a scarf and I forgot to bring one-I've done it. I found the cutest salt shaker here that grinds. Children love it while mom or dad may find that tool they've been looking for or the perfect picture for the entrance way.

Good Walmart selection is good. great food

A very average in my respect of view

The staff at this Costco are always SO friendly and helpful. Trina and Clair at customer service/returns/membership are always ready with a smile, and everyone from the cashiers to the greeters to the optical and pharmacy staff seem genuinely happy to see each and every customer. It's clear that the stuff are treated well and like their jobs - their satisfaction echos in all that they do. The staff truly care about their workplace and their guests!

Went in to have 1 sheet printed and 3 pieces of paper laminated (certificates). Waited at the print counter for 5 mintues while a employee starred at me from his computer. He did call for help for another employee... which never came. I started using my phone to figure out how to email what I needed printed to the email they need it sent to and asked him where the printers where. None of the printers would accept either of my 2 cards as 'payment' and although I had cash on me to pay anyways, getting this guy to do anything wasn't happening. After waiting another few minutes at the counter to see if I could load one of their cards... and the clerk still basically ignoring me, I left.

Very impressed with the unique seasonal finery. Every season is fresh and new. Serena is always sneaking more things out when you are there...so be sure to go around more than once. We will be back soon.

I have purchased a lot of quality stuff from this place ...no complaints about the volunteer staff either, generally a super good experience. Thanks new 2 U ....haha
