So happy with my new planters. They look fantastic on my deck. Being able to customize exactly what I had envisioned was amazing!

I was in the Benjamin Moore in Port Coquitlam getting paint and as I walked out I noticed a huge fireplace with a gorgeous live edge mantel. Right away I had to have one. The staff helped inform my husband and I on what stains they come in and that all the mantels are from BC maple wood, all local! Then Al, the owner, came to our house for a consult and measurements and we ordered the piece that day. We received a picture of the raw wood shortly after that and it was perfect. Everything from the service to the finished product was amazing. We are very satisfied with our new mantel. Now its time to order furniture from them too (Pacific Living Interiors). Cant wait!!

Feel so pressured when i was at the store. The sales rep B didnt give me and my husband space to think about our choices. Felt so uncomfortable. We already stated we need time to think about it and yet she kept of pressuring us to see her choice in a pressuring and somewhat leads to rude way.

The staff there are all very knowledgeable, Dax has been such an amazing help. My mother and I purchased a bed there then we came back a week later and purchased a bed frame from this location solely based on the great customer service we received! Thank you Dax and Jysk coquitlam team! You rock!

Service here is great. Karan and Karim were very helpful and I would recommend this place if you're looking for good quality furniture and great service.

I love the bean bags they are selling here, however, the staff working here are really not that friendly. They have that “I really don’t care about you, I rather not be here” kind of attitude. We were not greeted walking into the store, and they staff are literally just sitting there and looked bored. We ended up buying several items, but only because we knew what we wanted and didn’t want to drive to Tsawwassen mills or Metrotown. The service at those two stores are way better with extremely friendly staff who are always there and willing to provide help anytime you ask. I probably wouldn’t be back here to buy more items just to avoid the awkward and unfriendly environment in this particular store.

I have been dealing with this company for many years. Great service, knowledgeable and totally customer oriented. The furniture is good quality and Canadian made. Have no hesitation in referring this company to anyone looking for quality furniture. Irene
