Good service

I love this store! Except I was in on Wednesday looked on line Sunday and 3 of the things I bought are now on sale! Could have saved about $30.00. I would like to add to my review. Urban Barn read my review and contacted me. They set it up for me to go into the store and get a price adjustment. I love this store!!

Terrible terrible customer service from this business . They just dont have time to treat a customer like a customer that keeps them in business . No info on products , no return tel calls . Dont shop here .

This store helps support charities in 3rd world community's. The entrance is on the lower level of Central Plaza, down stairs and at the back. Enter the car park from Foster Street to find parking. This well orginized store is a reseller of donated items, furniture and goods. This store has nice volunteers. Thanks for the look .....

I sent them over a layout to quote office partitions. The quote came back completely different than what I had asked, they disregarded the second page of the layout. I called to clarify, the man who answered did not understand and couldn't get the total QTY right, I said 6 he insisted it was 4. After the quote was sent, I reviewed and had not got around to replying. It 6 minutes for him to convert it to a sales order without my go ahead and send me the bill?? If they cant handle quoting 6 partitions I doubt they will be able to help with any larger projects.

Driver from truck #1 was creating a dangerous situation on the road and horn to force my car to leave the lane!!! Crazy!

Daniel and his team did a great job of maintaining the colour and look of our old pine farm-house pantry hutch while they strengthened and re-finished it. Now it has actual legs to stand on and proper support for the upper cabinet. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Oh this store... the last few times I brought clothes in I had been horribly disappointed. I tried again today because there are new owners, however nothing much has changed. Saying things like, it's not what we are looking for, however the racks in the larger sizes seem to be pretty bare. I never try and sell the "well loved" clothes or something I knowly can see has a stain. Today they rejected a brand new Zara coat because they said it was matted with black animal hair... ummmmmm, that is the nature of the wool, it was a black and grey mix!!! They also rejected brand new winter leggings that had never been worn.. Don't bother bringing in Gymboree or an "off brand." I don't know. It is way better to just sell on a swap site. You'll get more money, not have to deal with crappy judgemental attitudes and have people pickup from you - not have to drive to a store. Come on since Upon A Child... you can do waaay better.

We came here looking for a new mattress via a friend's recommendation and we were so pleased that we did. We had first shopped around at The Brick and another local Foam Mattress & bedroom furniture store but the customer service and the products were top notch here. The person who sold us the mattress was honest and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell us, and he explained each and every product and how their business operates, and how they have been doing business for many years. We ended up getting an Italian memory foam mattress at a very reasonable price. We also got a mattress pad that has been a really good purchase. They set up the delivery for us and had it delivered the very next day and picked up our old mattress. Great buy!

STAY AWAY!!! The absolute worst service on United Blvd. There are too many other options around this area to bother stepping foot into this retailer again
