Took over 2 months to get our sofa we overpaid for. Service from Joyce was non-existent. Told us she would call us several times and then get the manager to call us and they never did. When the couch arrived it already had 3 pills in it. Would not recommend.

I had an exact image of a couch I wanted and had the hardest time finding it until I walked into Lalji. They have customizable couches that let you pick the fabrics, the configuration, pillows, ect. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome. It is everything I imagined and more at a great price and amazing quality. Thank you to Kim (she was amazing) for helping me and everyone at Lalji for the great experience.

The manager is proactive in dealing with this bed issue, and promise to change a new one, I would give a higher score if there were no really bad sales who named joy.

great store good quality furniture just bought a stressless recliner made in NORWAY looks elegant and very comfortable my dad bought one 35 years ago and we still use it daily in Scandinavia they still have pride in what they build

I bought some furnitures in this store. My wife and I had a great experience here. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of the furnitures. We had bought some Michael Amini items in other store a few years ago, but when we found this store, we realized it was the best one that was specialised in selling Michael Amini products. The prices are more competitive. The sales person Jean was very nice and helpful. She gave my wife quite a few suggestions of choosing from different products, and how to arrange the furnitures in our house. Overall, it was a great experience in this Michael Amini store.

Staff is helpful a bit pushy for commissions. If u have really bad credit u still can what u r after put price is extremely high

Best furniture shopping experience ! We came in to browse hoping to find a sectional sofa. The staff and management are friendly, helpful and left us to shop. No harassing or being followed around like other stores. Best price and we found what were looking for!

We were looking for a bedroom set and were on the fence about committing but Ji was extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs and appreciated our budget. I went to La-Z-Boy Coquitlam dreading the shopping experience as I hate shopping for furniture. Nicole greeted me and helped me with my purchases. She was patient, she offered suggestions, she listened to me and made the experience a wonderful one. There was no pressure. The furniture was delivered on time, and I appreciated that as well. I plan to return to this La-Z-Boy for future purchases. Thank you!
