Homeware shop. Classic British design. Great choice of furniture, fabric, cloths anything stylish for your home you can find here. I do like little decorative cushions, bedding. Also very good at seasonal decoration. Have to say I am not big fan of plastic plates and cups aka glasses .

We went to the Wigmore showroom in London and received a very warm welcome and great counsel on options. We were moving to Harrogate and the work was commissioned from the guys up North. Mike Dyson was the designer and what he came up with was outstanding. The Fitters were exceptional - diligent, superb quality fitting job, clean and tidy, and very helpful indeed. Having had the furniture installed for over a year now I can honestly say that it has transformed our home. We have a Snug/Library that is the envy of all our visitors, a study that caters for all our needs, and the bedrooms look simply beautiful. The time to complete the work was exactly what they said, and we feel we got great value for money - not cheap but then these days you get what you pay for and the quality of the materials was excellent. I run a drop ship company with this company. The service is fine, even if the products are slightly shabby, when it goes well. But they never accept refunds even when allot of the products are badly made and they are complained about by your customers. Quite often we would refund and loss money as Artisan never would approve refunds even when the products were obviously faulty.They are quick to take your money but if there is ever an issue, even if it is there fault, they make it so hard to get your money back on cancel your order it becomes the Achilles heel of your business. All small businesses should approach with caution.

Recieved excellent customer service from JAMIE a few days ago. Situation was I was lost in a part of London I'd never visited before and parked my van but couldn't for the life of me remember where! As my phone battery was at 1% I was really stuck. I had a parking location code that told me the street I was parked at but without my sat nav or phone working properly I was completely lost. I walked into this shop hoping that a staff member would be kind enough to help. Jamie was exceptional helpful, very friendly and did everything he could to help me. Customer service is not just about selling a product but being resourceful, sincere and kind to all who step through your doors. Avoid. I have paid for a bed and it is still yet to arrive. There is no answer at customer services when you try to call. I can’t even get a refund because no one is answering the phone.
