Furniture

Great furniture. I avoid the clothing area at all costs - badly stained clothing.

Great and eclectic furniture, fantastic service, very reasonable prices. Can't go wrong.

Being an interior designer I wanted to do something custom because they had so many options, but this would take 8 weeks. I purchased a sectional set with the impression of having it installed the week prior when ordering "in stock" items. I was very excited not only for myself but future clients because the price point was so great and the look was very modern and contemporary. However, when the items arrived, three of the 7 piece set arrived damaged when I unpacked everything. Working in the industry I was used to furniture stores ensuring quality products before releasing to the public and/or informing us when something went wrong. I do also understand that things can arrive damaged as I deal with furniture ordering on a daily basis. When the new pieces arrived.... two of them were ordered wrong and I was still left with two damaged pieces. When the pieces were ordered again, They failed to show up in the delivery slot time and used the excuse that their delivery truck broke down. I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't have called because they failed to call me to let me know... It's extremely poor service and after this seems a bit of a sketchy operation. Nothing was done to remotely ease the pain of waiting week after week. There was no apologies, nothing. It's now been almost 8 weeks (the time it would have taken to order something custom). I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here, I can never recommend this to any clients or people within the design community after this. ** UPDATE. They offered my furniture covers to help ease the inconvenience. This was mentioned in May... it's now August and I've just been informed that they're not placing the order until new year. Extremely unprofessional.

Friendly staff, awesome selection

We dealt with Jane and Dianne. They were great to deal with and knew the Lazy Boy products very well. They answered all our questions and provided different options and suggestions that we didn't even consider. They were both very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took the time to explain and show us different options. They attended our residence, took necessary measurements and notes to provide us with a detailed layout of what would look best for our needs. We followed their advise and are very please with the results. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them.

Very reliable and trustworthy! Highly recommended.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Great selection of furniture as well as very reasonable prices that are congruent with quality.

It's like stepping back in time ! 😀

Awesome store. Hard to walk out without buying something!

Great prices and selections combined with both standard and unique products.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. With the best selection of contemporary furniture in the Okanagan.

Good sized furniture store with nice staff . I have found many things i love at this store however i find it pricy Above average markups leads to higher than normal merchandising... love to look.

Marshalls is the best furniture store in the Okanagan. They offer a huge selection of stunning furnishings in a wide range of styles. Their quality is excellent and prices are competitive. Qualified designers provide complementary design services.

Erika and Abhinav are amazing to work with! They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. Loving my new office desk! Thank you Both
