Their website states that they service all makes and models. I called and had a repairman come. He said they do not service my type of door. I would have to pay $250 to replace the spring on a later day, and on top of that, I was expected to pay a $100 service fee today. I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the service manager. She had no explanation as to why the website states that they service all makes and models, when in fact they don`t. She told me I was lucky, because they normally charge $150 for a service call. This appears to be false advertising, and is certainly very poor service.

I accidentally stepped into our garage door remote and it failed to work afterwards. I assumed it has malfunctioned. Our overhead garage door became problematic when it won’t go up. The technician from Maple Ridge Garage Door Repair said it was due to a broken spring. They had to come back to get the right match of the torsion spring. Even though I waited, I knew it was the safest thing to do.

I am a commercial trucker. I called after experiencing a axle failure that involved full tire seperation. This shop refused to assist in driving me 2 km. to look for the tire that broke free. Regarding locating; it is an expensive tire and all but new. Second is the need to inspect any damage to determine cause. Truckers pay big money for roadside assistance. Being charged for such as above would not be an issue. However the boss at this location just flatly refused. My employer has a country wide account as well. The competition didn't even question my request.

Don't use this company! They said they would replace my garage door as there is condensation between the glass. The glass is now cracked on one panel. They do not take responsibility for the product they install. Do not use this company. It has been one year and a half.
