They were friendly, on time, and best of all, they fixed my garage door! The dude that came to do the repair was friendly and professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. A good ambassador for Door Doctor, for sure. Total repair came to less than $150 for parts and about 1 hour labour.

FEB 26 2015: The bracket which raises and lowers our double wide garage door broke. Called Up-Rite on the weekend and left a message. Matt Mitro contacted me Monday came out the same day and gave me some options to fix or replace the door. I chose the repair option and the next day they arrived and completed a full inspection and repair. They replaced the rollers, installed a new bracket & lubricated the door, which now works better than before. We are very pleased with their service and the fact they provided options leaving the final decision to us. Total cost was very reasonable and I would rate their service as excellent. LCB
