I am very disappointed in their service, especially the attitude of the person answering the phones. We had dealt with this company for over 30 years and I regret having to give them such a poor rating, purchased several doors but today was the worst. Ordered doors 3 garage doors and a 14x16 garage door in fall, big door was measured wrong, replaced with another door of different color which they if waited for the right door would have to wait several weeks, ordered another door for next building 12x14 phoned this past Monday was told would be installed on Wednesday, no show which was ok because I assumed due to weather conditions. So phone Thursday early morning and told they would be back to me in a little while, checked this evening door didn't come until Wednesday and won't be installed until first or second week of new year, thus I have cancelled the order, don't like shoveling snow out of shed but seeing storm is on the way the door is cancelled so my tractors are going to be covered with snow because of some dumb ass people. Service used to be good but if you are just a small farmer or home owner we don't count with them any more, you can tell that Peter isn't running the company, he would be so upset at what his life's work has turned into. Maybe should have rated less but I gave the stars for the founder, he was a good man.
