Assurément le pire service après-vente jamais obtenu dans ma vie, toutes catégories confondues. Il y a d'autres endroits à Montréal où vous pouvez acheter des produits comparables et qui vous offriront une toute autre expérience. Échec LAMENTABLE du début à la fin. ZÉRO étoile me semble la note que cet endroit mérite. Un véritable cauchemar à chaque étape du processus.

I went in to buy 3 skids off cull wood and some pt post and waiting 10 mins , but that's parts ok I know they are busy but when the lady was taking my order she needed help putting the cull wood threw and the man was helping her and when I told him I have 2 more skids I wanted to add to the order he told me I would have to wait because there was other customers that came so I got put to the back of the line when I was the first one there and he was rude about it so I told them to forget about the order and I went some were else and never will buy from this place again, customer service is what keeps a place going and there was none here

I wanted to change my windows , so I went to this store, and one of the owners Roxanne helped me with all my needs, she looked at my plans gave me all the information with a great price, I went ahead with the job and I couldn't be happier, I recommend this place to everyone. very happy with the outstanding service!!! I love my windows.
