I have bought 9 windows and 2 doors from Factor Direct, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of products and service which I've received. The installation was completed within a day, the crews are professional and hard working, and the job was beautifully done. Alex also helped me find a perfect contractor for my renovation, and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend factory direct windows and doors to anyone who needs the service. Best ever.

Great guys and very fair. PS: we will never deal with Door Doctor again. A few years ago they needlessly changed all our hardware and it was a mint. Superior Door replaced our door opener and some hardware, and they were not out to scalp us. Was a fraction of the cost..

Ordered $20k worth of double hung windows and fiber glass doors for a client. My client decided they wanted to add transom windows over the doors that don't open. Neither the person at home depot or the people at Jeld Wen told me that the transom windows were a different design and would not match the $20k worth of windows that we had already installed. Very unhappy with Jeld-Wen and Home Depot and will not be supplying my clients with windows through either of them again. As a contractor I don't appreciate being forced to turnover a sub standard project for my clients. Hope they go out of business.

J'ai commandé 6 fenêtres et une porte patio du Groupe Royalty, qu'ils ont installées le 15 septembre 2021. Je suis très emballée et impressionnée par leur professionalisme, leur service à la clientèle impeccable et le respect qu'ils m'ont démontré en tant que cliente. Leur soumission était très détaillée, ils m'ont invitée à visiter leur usine, ce que j'ai fait avant de commander, mon représentant Philippe Koudj me rappelait toujours promptement et s'assurait de me faire parvenir les renseignements dont j'avais besoin. Jody-Michelle au comptoir de réception retournait mes appels sans faute et s'assurait toujours elle aussi que j'avais eu réponse à toutes mes questions avant de raccrocher. Les installateurs avaient de toute évidence beaucoup d'expérience et savaient ce qu'ils faisaient. Je suis 200% satisfaite du Groupe Royalty. Je les recommande fortement.

Decided to go with Garage Solutions due to Google reviews and was not disappointed. Scott gave an excellent service and explained everything he was doing to rectify my garage door problem. Great job Garage Solutions.

SDO renovation installed my windows with no problems last September... By January, two of the windows needed adjustment (part of the inner window came off) and one window was always foggy. I called David Ohayon and after a few weeks he came by. He said he would order all the necessary and send someone to adjust the misinstalled pieces from the windows and fix the condensation problem. It has been more than 6 months that I’ve been chasing SDO windows to do the repairs as promised. Every time we speak, David says he’s coming next week... or that he is sending someone. I will have no other choice but to hire a third-party to do the repairs that SDO were supposed to do. I have made a formal complaint with The Better Bureau and will take him to small claims to be refunded the extra cost, his botched work incurred. Be aware that SDO WILL NOT FULFILL ANY PROMISES HES MADE once he has your money!

J'avais besoin de quelqu'un pour programmer ma nouvelle télécommande. L'installateur est venu la journée même. Service très rapide et courtois. Des gens très honnêtes qui font confiance. Merci.

Worst service....THEY give you an appointment and they don't show up. Then they blame you for not confirming the appointment the day before!! I don't recommend that place.

Première achat et recu porte avec plusieurs defaut , moulure deformer... ont sattend a beaucoup mieu dune entreprise soit dite professionnel et en affaire depuis 40 ans !! .Peut etre j'aurais du attendre 40 de plus .. jai du manquer 2 jours ouvrage , 1 pour installation et l'autre quelques semaines plustard pour la réparation ... par contre service apres vente professionnel et efficace. L'année prochaine nous allons remplacer les fenêtres et porte avant et allons probablement acheter ailleur a cause du manque de control de qualiter de cette entreprise

WoW, Amazing Team!!! La maman de ma copine a engager cette compagnie pour remplacer nos fenetres avec vitraux, nous avons rien a dire par rapport aux travaux ainsi que la communication de Martin industrie. Ils sont venu changer les fenetres en 2 jours... Tout etait parfait et aucune possiere, tout etait tres propre apres leur depart. Compagnie Fiable et a un tres bon prix qualiter-prix.
