It's a terrible experience. i could give even lower than 1 star if I could. I started my journey with Verdun in April, 2017 and signed the contract with deposit. It's 3 bedroom windows and one bay window. I got permit from city in Mid of June. I was promised to 6 to 8 weeks because of the busy season. But I waited THREE and HALF months, that's September 28, 2017 for installation. That's nothing but disappointment. The bay window I want to change could not be installed because of the wrong measurement. I was promised again for another FIVE weeks for our Bay window. Now it's Nov. 14th, almost 7 weeks, I'm still waiting... On Oct. 23, I found one of the newly installed window has problem. I sent an email and attached a photo. I'm supposed someone from Verdun should process it and send a technician to verify. Nothing happened. Now I've sent my third email with photo attached. Still no response yet. I called so many times to the sales, to the boss. Not helpful, still waiting ....

Needed a new window that is somewhat big with a new patio door. When we had arrived at this store no one ever got up to show what they had and gave a quote that was over priced. Went somewhere else not far from there and ended up paying over 5000$ less then there quote. If they would of taking the time to understand what I needed might of ended better

Bons installateur, j'ai appelé pour un ajustement, Robert l'homme de service est venue rapidement et m'a réparé le tout avec efficacité Je recommande cette compagnie sans hésiter

Notre expérience avec Fentek à été la plus agréable, en 2016 nous avons changé toutes les fenêtres et portes de la maison. Jean-François à été tout au long du choix du modèle jusqu'à la pose d 'une aide sans faille. La rapidité et la qualité de la pose à été surprenante. Sans aucun doute je vois conseil Fentek pois vos travaux fenêtres et portes. En plus étant situé dans notre quartier ils étaient au fait de toutes les spécifications et lois du quartier. Coming back from Canada and while on the International Bridge, my alternator died and left me stranded. Fortunately, I was on the downward slope and was able to coast to safety. The tow company recommended Mike's Garage so that's where I went. Mike himself exudes competency and trust. This is a man that knows vehicles and takes care of his "patients."

C'est quoi votre calvaire de problème!? Votre chauffeur à cheval sur deux lignes, suivre le monde monté dans leur valise d'auto avec le lettrage de compagnie bien étampé sur le camion.... Votre travail doit ressembler à votre conduite sur la route. Sans respect pour les autres et la loi.
