Good products, quick service!

When We talk about the high quality home hardware in mississauga then, Prima is really awesome name.. I bought some door Hardware related stuff from them and found they have given me right thing at best prices. Amazingly thanks for it.

Good products and services as usual.

The place was huge(expected). Had everything, only downside is the price, went there to get some fixtures(dont worry it was cheap). And ended up getting more stuff needed for work. Only, some of the stuff were a bit on the pricey stuff(like things that shouldn't be expensive like a market set for $10) And some stuff were cheap compared to other places.

Great people to deal with

This company I visited a few times and the front desk person Claudio is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately when dealing with one of the other owner's Renato he is extremely rude and seriously lacks etiquette. If you are not a repeat customer he will tell you that he cannot help you unless you spend a certain amount, I cannot believe he has the audacity to tell people this, his secretary or whoever is the woman who answers the phone is also very rude. I really wonder how this company is even in business, I would never treat my client or any new clients in this manner. Very disappointing to say the least.

customer service could be better.

Roger was very responsive sourcing material on short notice and out of regular hours. He went the extra mile.
