Very disappointed with The Home Depot, and their lack of response... Two weeks ago, I purchased a refrigerator from The Home Depot, as our old fridge suddenly broke down. I waited for a week for it to be delivered, and took a day off from work when the delivery was scheduled to happen. To start, the delivery guys removed the packaging of the fridge COMPLETELY on the side of the road upon arrival, and scratched the fridge EVEN BEFORE it was brought into the house. The refrigerator was handled roughly, and when asked to take the fridge back, the delivery guys developed an extremely rude behaviour and had a foul mouth towards us, using the F-word. They were swearing profusely in our house and were creating a scene with their boisterous voice in front of the house. When all of this was reported to The Home Depot, The Home Depot did NOTHING but make us wait for ANOTHER week for the next delivery. It’s been a long, tough and inconvenient two weeks without a fridge costing us more money to eat out every meal. Seems like The Home Depot is merely interested in making sales, and NOT taking good care of their customers.

Very cool company with some very interesting and unusual items that many other stores do not carry. Some items can be a little pricey but others are quite reasonable. Fantastic place to get ideas.

We came here to buy a washer/dryer combo - Patrick walked us through every small step of it. We are very grateful for that, as we really had no idea how to replace a broken washing machine. It was a very pleasant experience.
