It's been awhile since I had such a personable, pleasant experience at a hardware store. The employee's Shona and a fellow who's name I unforetunately didn't get, really went out of their way, to help me troubleshoot a fairly abstract problem I was dealing with. They found misc parts, to help MacGyver together a solution for me. It was even close to closing time on a weekend, when most places would probably be trying to schew you out the door so they could get ready to go home, yet they were both still very happy to help me figure out how to fix my problem, Exceptional service!!! I just moved into the area and I will be definitely bringing my buisness back to them. Thanks again!

I often use the online service and come and collect exactly what I was looking for. The prices are better on Amazon but often model variety at the store.

It is growing a loyal customer base. Specials disappear very quickly. I like the unique and one of a kind items that you can't find at the other home renovation warehouse up the street. Not crowded but slowly establishing a place in the market.

Went on a Sunday looking for a vanity set. Found the one we wanted and someone took the time and actually, got it out from the back for us, on a dolly, ready to roll out for purchasing-- awesome! Tony had a great understanding of going-out-of-your-way service. Lowe's should be proud of him and appreciate his natural care for customers. Great experience!

The store has changed a lot for the better due to their renovations. Amazing service. Ask for Malcolm at the lumber desk for anything building related. Easily beats home depot.

A DIY wonderland! Massive retail space with everything you will need to upgrade your home. Prices are reasonable and product variety is good. A missing essential would be product catalogue kiosks where you can type or search for what you want and you will directed to the right aisle.
