Thank you Marlene & Arunthathy for your help today! :) . I came in right when the store opened to purchase balloons and oh my goodness- others had the same idea on a Friday morning! Already two clients in front of me waiting to order some too! These two ladies really hustled- cashing out clients for balloons and other purchases, coming back to keep going with the balloon orders and even answering phones while completing balloons! So impressive - I was thankful to Marlene for putting aside the night before the last couple Peppa Pig balloons + although the store was super busy, Marlene helped me decide on a beautiful balloon arrangement (efficiently but so kindly at the same time) . Thank you to both of you ladies!! :)

Usually when I visit a Home Depot it’s difficult to even get someone to assist you. Here at the Ajax location I am impressed with the staff who are ready and going the extra mile to help. Adolfo from the appliance section has assisted me and my family tremendously. He is patient, explains everything thoroughly, and goes above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied with our purchases. He pays attention to details. For example the handles of appliances and ranges that use only buttons and no knobs. There is also Warren Roger (or Roger Warren) who helped us with choosing tiles and backsplash designs. He went out of his way to walk around the store with us so he could see what we were trying to match it with. He showed several options and gave awesome ideas that we never thought of. Very, very impressed and happy with my experiences at the Ajax Home Depot.

Great selection of fasteners and also has some convenient shop supplies. Besides the fair prices, and the well organized store. The associates that work there are friendly and most knowledgeable. This is my number one go place for all my fasteners, odds and ends. Thanks Oakville Fastenal!

I just moved to Aurora one year ago and I must I say I love this home depot location. We started going there due to the workshops for children. But now we go there for many things. I wanted to make a ball drop station for my children a gentleman named will helped me out and explained to me exactly how to install it. Our ball drop is installed and everything is working well. Last week we went to home depot for a plant and who do I see Mr. Will he not only remembered us but made sure to ask about the kids and if everything with the ball drop worked. thank you for employing such a amazing people who care about your customers and treat us like family.

Big shout out to mitchel and his crew today. There were some misunderstandings with a sale in the flyer, and a lack of employees but at the end of the day they made an annoyed returning customer, a happy returning customer. Thanks for putting up with my rant, we will always be returning to your store.
