Great Prices and good customer service.

HOME DEPOT 256-260 Kingston Rd E, Ajax, ON L1Z 1G1 is much better!!! In May I purchased a Husqvarna lawn mower. At the time of purchase I wanted a few other items that they did not have at the store I was at and they refused to transfer in, so I ended up driving to both Whitby and Oshawa to complete my purchase. 3 stores in one day, that is dedication. The lawn mower after 1 and a half uses and less then a month it died. I took it back to the Pickering store where I purchased it. The customer service rep was not qualified to help me, so she got the manager. He made a scene in the customer service area about this was user error and that I had put too much oil in the unit. I pulled out the dipstick, cleaned it and showed him I used the perfect amount. He advised me it had to be sent off for repair, which i agreed to. After not hearing anything I put an email into Lowe's asking what happened. Within half an hour I got a call back from Chad at Lowe's stating the unit seized because of no oil in the unit. Guess I am now without a lawn mower because Lowe's don't stand behind there product, and they have multiple excuses.

They have the worst and undeveloped computer system in returning compared with home depot. And the staff is really bad in dealing with the customer, they don't even smile.. specially the store manager he is arrogant and never smile

Can’t say enough great things about Lil & Josh & the team in Oakville! They are always quick to get what I need, amazing prices, great service & follow up. They have outfitted both of my bathrooms fully & when I’m brave enough to do the third one, I’ll be back there again. Great people & great value

The customer service is amazing. Everyone I've talked to is helpful and goes above and beyond. Just wish they would hire more people becuase everyone seems so busy

It's my local Canadian tire. Great staff. They always have what I need. Lots of free parking and again the staff are very friendly in helping you what you need.
