Highest prices for fasteners in Edmonton, and one of the only ones that charges for Delivery. Told my salesman that I was shopping around for better pricing and asked him to requote our fasteners. They were 50% higher than everyone else. The last time they showed up with no fasteners and I had 4 empty bins, i got frustrated and the delivery person and I ended up having an argument. I was told that i was rude, their worst customer, everything that is wrong is my fault etc. I closed our account later that day. Trust me you can find better service elsewhere.

Contractor cut our fiber optic cable, and we called PC world All Voice And Data, hoping that they can fix it. Not only Vitaly offered us different splicing options, he came onsite within 2 hours and all repair was done within 25 minutes. These guys are good.

Jason was our salesperson when we purchased patio, we felt he went above and beyond to earn our business, and we will be coming back to see him when we're ready to purchase a hot tub! Usually no lines and they're a day behind with their price changes so if gas goes up and you miss it you can usually hit this place and save.

Horrible customer service! Stood in line for over 10 minuts waiting to buy a few snacks while the lady rung through people buying gas allowing them to butt in line in front of me.Over 6 people whent ahead of me who didnt wait at all..just walked in and paid for their gas while i stood there. Needless to say i walked out without giving them my business nor will they be getting business from my family again.
