Got me out a jam fast with great service, products in stock and price was much less than I expected.

I phoned them to ask for help on a product they sell saying it was deficient, as in missing parts. They said they had nothing to do with it as they only export. As for being a family business as they state on their website. This is a lie. They refuse to help saying only to take the product back to the store. Too bad they sell rotten stuff as you end up being hurt by it not them. They could care less. I give it one star because you can't give zero stars.

I always find what I need here :) The staff is very helpful and she brought me to the right section. I normally spend at least 30-40 mins here. You can find free parking in front the store, its very huge parking lot so you can find parking space easily!

fastenal sucks, they are super expensive, you must buy in bulk, nothing ever in stock
