I like this Home Depot because it is big, lots of parking. Tool rental department has everything to rent. Helpful staff in the tool department. I even rented a mini excavator from there. The store itself is organized. Aisles are clear. Washrooms are good. Centrally located close to downtown.

This place has been great as far as service and products for my business. Very helpful and friendly staff that make sure you get what you want! As for the girl that was mentioned in one of the comments below with bad service: she has been long gone!!!

The staff here are excellent, but extremely busy. However they do find time to help out customers in the store. Prices are rather high for certain components like Graphics cards, Memory, and Solid State Drives but this is industry wide at the moment so it is acceptable. My only issue was that there was no price tags on any items, I asked an associate about this and apparently the prices for components change so quick that it would take alot of time to re-tag everything. This is true and they can tell you the price of an item almost immediately so it's not too much of an issue. Overall they have all the computer components and accessories you could ever need.

I had .a problem with a tap that I couldn't remember where I'd bought. I went into, Just add water, to see if they could give me some advice. Joan swooped on the problem and right away had a resolution from the manufacturer. The customer service and quality of attention they provided is sadly something you rarely see today. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will make them my first call for any future plumbing requirements.

Lee Valley is a dangerous place to visit! There are so many unique, ingenious and fascinating items that it's a mind-blowing excursion every time I go. Worst customer service in the industry thanks to your guy "Jr" J. W. Benton, part of this group, is no better, and also known for very poor customer service. Jr. must be a relative of the owner to have that kind of attitude! I was so pissed I actually called your head office in Toronto.

Everything is always good at this store. The cashier I had that day was just the best. I had to get a piece of wood cut and it went quickly. This store should be commended on it's hiring practice. Everybody gets a chance! Kudos to you Home Depot!

We had our water heater replaced a few months ago. We got this number from the sticker on our old heater that was 8 years old. I hope the new one will last at least that long. I had some questions and they were answered quite patiently, we scheduled an appointment and everything went very smooth. The price was quite reasonable.

This company is destroying an entire forest in Choco Colombia, all is about money harming poor communities, destroying environmental sources just in change of an small profit that is left to their communities. This is a disgusting business.....
