Nothing like a Home Hardware store up in northern Ontario or across Canada for that matter. Doesn't fit the hardware store feel, not a big selection of DIY products but more like a dollar store and they have a wide range of things. There are good deals on the chocolates and sweets, most major brands like M&M, kit kats, toblerone and more. There are toys in the back snacks and sweets in the front. Under staffed, poorly laid out, and even after calling to ensure what I wanted was in stock, 2 employees stated the item I was looking for wasn't stocked at that location and was a special order item. Finally found the person I spoke to on the phone and got my item and left.

Less garbage on the shelving would be nice. How about a public trash at the end of every 3rd aisle? Otherwise, great location. Staff are excellent, especially the lady on cash that went above and beyond. (I forget the name. trans#: 8277495)

Frankly, you really need to know what you want. It's very hard when one expects to get ideas. You only want to be directed to what you are looking for. You will be lucky to get a perfect direction. Not everyone is perfect. Within those limits, it is a good place for most of your home improvements needs.

This location is inside the mall and has more of the consumer products than standard hardware. Lots of good deals and unique products.

Good location, well stocked, friendly, knowledgeable and engaged staff. The help is always on point with extra information that comes with experience that is SO VERY USEFUL for a learning DIY-er like myself. CON: I wish they would have more sales so I can spend more of my money here but I get it, with the business model they have build they don't need to offer discounts to drive their sales and store traffic. So good job!

This store has an amazing selection. Some of what I cant find at the home depot I find here. The majority of the stores brands are premium quality, as are the items being sold. The only down side is inventory stock.. I get unlucky and come the wrong days I suppose, keep an even stock of the items you sell most and top off what you dont after just more than half gets sold is my only advice.. Enjoy.
