Hardware

Initially there was an issue with auto parts that they ordered that were incorrect and it caused a delay but they were very speedy in getting the right parts in and on my vehicle - for basic things like shocks they are just fine. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great location right off #2 - lots of parking.Having someone at the front door to guide you to the things you want is a good idea!

Really friendly staff. They solved my problem when I thought I would have to run around town to solve it.

Great service friendly sales persons great price very satisfied

I've had 2 iPhones, an iPad, and a Macbook Pro repaired by Tech Next. Service pricing is reasonable, fair, and transparent - this is the best place around for fast service and high quality out-of-warranty repairs on your devices. Excellent in-store customer service as well.

I bought a lovely pair of Keen walking shoes for my trip to Europe and the customer service was excellent! The sales agent helped me find the perfect fit/colour, and showed me a clever way to thread the laces called a loop system to prevent heal slippage. The price point was identical to what I would have paid at MEC or Keen online store but the service is so much better. I would highly recommend buying good quality shoes here and support local shopping.

I LOVE these guys. I can't say enough. They are so honest and quick to get you in and get the job done. NEVER over charge like others in Airdrie (Canadian TIre). I don't wanna go on too much cause I wanna keep them all to myself.

The service was great. Unfortunatly they do not carry many products compared to other napa locations.

This place consistently impresses me more each time I go in. They have a great bulk section where you can even make your own peanut butter. My favourite has to be the fresh cut fruits in cups, medium and large containers. I'm not sure but I think they rank in the top 3 in size here in Airdrie. So far I haven't been through the store completely in one visit, but that could be just me. They not only go the extra mile for their customers but exceed it. I fell in love with the shopping carts for kids, AND THEY BAG YOUR GROCERIES!!!

Great staff and selection, very welcoming. Warm, complimentary cookies were provided! Highly recommend stopping by.

I had all my questions answered no matter how dumb it sounded by Gina. Staff and service were untouchable and recommend this location to anyone!

Very honest and professional. Very much recommended. Thank you very much for the job well done!

As with any Home Depot the layout is pretty standard. As this particular location is one direction in and out it is quieter than most and the staff are more easily available for questions. And from the in-depth conversations I heard as I was passing by for my own targeted items. They employ knowledgeable staff who were asking great questions to get their customer thinking about the sturdiness of their project.... so come to here if you want either a more in and out visit or if you want to get some one on one time with a team member.

Very friendly staff, welcoming and willing to help. Unlike other stores of this sort, the store wasn't littered with sawdust and concrete powder. There were also no lineup whatsoever for the customer service or checkout.
