This is a wierd store to shop at. So much stock, lots of scented everything, just overwhelming. However, they were the only store that had the duvet cover we were looking for.

great peoples to work with

As a young person interested in getting into woodcraft, I thought this gentleman would be a little more helpful or excited to give me advice. Instead, his demeanor was very rude, and he seemed impatient as if wanting the exchange to be over ASAP. While I was browsing, another customer came in and he was very short with them as well, and incredibly unhelpful. It's a shame this is one of the only woodcraft supply stores in the valley! He is a terrible businessman.

The owners are amazing, also the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. It really is worth it to take your time looking around! They have some awesome hidden treasures in there.

Being the only store between here and Nanaimo, you'd understand if the store didn't offer great service; they don't have to, you don't have any other options! But, that isn't the case. The staff is consistently friendly and sincerely interested in your projects. The selection is vast and I promise you will always find exactly what you were looking for for your next project. And probably your next, like, six projects. My one complaint would be I'd like to see a larger area for looking through the pattern books, but they can only work with the space they have available. It's also worth mentioning it's the only craft store I've ever seen with a separate area for kids to play in while the parent shops, and I think that's just a really neat touch.

My first stop for work supplies. Great selection including every bit of gear for manual labour. The prices on many items are lower than in the big box stores. The owners are unique; the woman is knowledgeable but shy, and the man can be condescending. If you are timid and easily offended this is not the store for you. Which is unfortunate because you will miss out on the low prices.

Really not good for business when you say your open and your not .

Jordan and his team at RBBS recently helped me set-up phone and internet services for my small business. They were attentive, knowledgeable and able to provide solutions to upgrade my phone system at the same price I was paying for a basic service with another provider. They also set me up with the Cisco Spark app which means I can reach out to their team for assistance at anytime and receive a quick response. Great service!

You solved the connector problem I could not solve at 3 Home Depot's and Lowes (connecting 3/8" tubing to a Waterston Faucet; simple, right!). Not a big order, but now a known source!
