So amazing. I love these people. They really know what they are doing.

My father ordered Hearing Aids from this location at the end of March. He passed away in April (never even picking up his hearing aids) and my family notified Miracle Ear. We were told that they would credit my parents account "in a few days". We are almost in October and still no credit. We have tried to contact them many times and cannot get anyone to ever answer the phone. Out of desperation, we called the Lansing store and they have the same customer service as this location. I would have given them no stars if I could.

I would recommend Hearing Life and their staff to all. The service is such that you can definitively say that they go the extra nine yards. Nicki is absolutely fantastic. Honest, she's not a relative, but she now is a friend. If you have a hearing problem, there is no better place to go for fair prices and, more importantly, service AFTER the sale.
