Hearing Aid

I would recommend them, Kelli is great!

Service has been very bad - hearing aid has been sent back to factory twice in less than 3 months. No calls from the hearing center for follow ups. I have to initiate all calls to check on status of repairs, etc. Very disappointed in the entire process.

I went to get a second opinion on getting a second hearing aid. Another company tried to tell me I should get one. Ms. Phillip did a very good hearing test and told me I did not need a second one yet, that I should wait a year and retest. I was very pleased with that and that the ones she provides are just as good, if not better, at MUCH lower prices.

I was having some hearing issues so my Doctor sent me here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was trying to explain my issue and I understood some of it but basically I would need hearing aides in the future to help. The only problem I had was that they had an "office cat" and I am allergic to cats so by the time I left my eyes were watering and nose was running and stuffed up. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could take extra medicine.

Christina and staff have been top notch in my process for a hearing aid. They answer all my questions and are keeping me on schedule for hearing tests and my hearing aid cleanings. The whole process has been a positive one. I would recommend them with a 5 star rating. I am very satisfied with my Miracle Ear Hearing Aid and the Staff. Susan Smith - Amsterdam NY

they were very kind when my hearing aid stopped working. they don’t sell my brand, but still took the time to check it out to see what may be the problem. he said had they had the part, he would have very happily fixed it for me without charge. great store with extremely helpful and friendly employees!
