my mom was suppose to be reimbursed for her hearing aid and paid $2,500.00 to miracle ear in January. First, Rose forgot to give the papers to her secretary after 4 months. Michelle said she sent them in for my mom. This is the end of June and my mom was never reimbursed for her hearing aid. The reimbursement was for government workers so that's why my mom bought the hearing aid. Now she is wasting all this time trying to figure out who screwed up and did Michelle really send in the form for reimbursement?

Few things in life are as frustrating as hearing loss. But you don't have to live with it anymore. We got my 94 year old grandmother a hearing aid from Sound Decision and it has changed all of our lives. For a long time I would just speak louder but as her hearing decreased it turned to screams and then after a while she had to be looking at you to read your lips. So most of the time she would feel like she was not part of the conversation. But after she got her new hearing aids that all changed. She is now part of our conversations and does not feel like we are yelling at her or that she has to turn the TV all the way up just to try and keep up with the news. So a big thank you to John and Sound Decision for helping our family enojy our time together better

I called and set an appointment, Found out my insurance would not pay for their services. I called the day prior to my appointment and canceled my visit. This was 2 months ago. I have received 2 phone calls a week peddling their services asking me if I could come in for an appointment. After their first call I asked or demanded for them to quit calling me. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. As said I have received 2 calls a week now for 8 weeks. Every time they have called I have asked to cease their calls. It has done no good. Today they called again and I got very steamed. I am fighting an illness which requires allot of sleep. They have woken me up every time they have called. I AM BOYCOTTING THIS BUSINESS FOR HARASSING ME. I AM MORE THAN FED UP. I have also contacted my old partner, being an attorney for many years and we dealt with the same type of law. I am assured now that the calls will stop or they will be paying me a large sum of money for harassing me. TO ADD TO THIS. I am still getting phone calls from this place. Even after me threatening a law suit for harassment. They call at least 2 times a week trying to get me to come see them. Well if I could afford hearing aids I MIGHT. but I do not have an extra 6k plus lying around to buy them. I am changing my phone number.

I want to thank the staff of Miracle Ear Gettysburg, PA, especially Mr. Joseph Becker, for their excellant service. My 88 year old mother could no longer hear the TV, her main source of enjoyment since having strokes. She could only hear us if we yelled in her ear. Dad and I were skeptical if hearing aids would even help at this point, we were proven wrong! Joseph was very patient, took the time and effort to guide Mom through the hearing evaluation. He helped Dad to get the financing needed for the purchase of the hearing aids. We returned for the fit and programming. Joseph asked me to speak in a normal voice and ask my mother a question........"Mom, what was your favorite movie when you dated Dad"? She smiled and answered "A Farewell to Arms"!!! I saw Dad tearing up,as was I, and Joseph had a huge smile across his face!! When we were home, she thanked us for getting her hearing back. She is on week 1 and using the aids 4 hours a day, she lets us know when it is time to put the aids in but, doesn't like it when we have to remove them......she can now hear her TV, the birds outside and can even hear the oxygen equipment alarm which is located in another room!! Thank you Miracle Ear and, Joseph, for improving my mother's quality of life.

When I purchased the scratch resistant coating for my eyeglasses I was told that if they should become scratched the lenses would be replaced (warranty). The scratches are only in the bifocal area. The Manager (Mr Scully) told me that the lenses could be replaced if I were to purchase new lenses at a "discounted' price of $50. Hmmm did not know that the "warranty" that I purchased with the scratch resistant lenses was actually a "purchased" discount not a "warranty". I asked the manger if it appeared that I missed used my glasses...no comment, except for the lenses may have become scratched from my shirt pocket. Oh yes, I almost forgot...Mr. Scully said had I read the back of my receipt this is all written on the back. I am sure everyone reads the back of the receipt. Thank you Mr Scully for the lesson. Very dissatisfied.
