Hearing Aid

Outstanding service .Best price by thousands of dollars over competitors. Re check ups and supplies all included in original price. I can't understand why anyone would go anyplace else for hearing aids.

Note: This would not let me post a review without giving one star..........sad..... Review: I give this company 0 stars, in other words, a very negative rating. I called to find out prices to see if I could afford to get my 99 year old Mother one of these hearing aids. They do not take Medicare or Medicaid. Not only would they NOT give me any kind of price range, but they continuously tried to make me an appointment for my Mother. I explained to them there was no need to make an appointment if I could not afford to buy the hearing aids. They refused to give me any price range (ie. Lowest and highest), and also refused to let me speak with a manager or boss...

Have been a client for seven years. Recommended to me by several friends. Honesty snd integrity best describe this family owned business. If you're not happy with this company, you probably won't like heaven.

Did her best to help my Tinnitus condition, but Medicaid would not cover a hearing with Tinnitus masking features.

Worst thing ever they dinked a pace to and also complained about sertain things that a LaCie then cant control

Steve and Shauna are amazing people to deal with and represent the company. They are both welcoming and patient,. Shauna went through all the steps of buying my aids and set me up with my phone, paperwork and all the options on the app... She did the most in-depth description of the hearing aid and the app. She is happy and personable when dealing with you. I will use them again!

Not helpful

I have been going here for years now. And I love the pepole. Barbara was very helpful with my patients and helped me out a lot on picking frames. I don’t see why there’s so much hate on the comments. If you don’t like it go somewhere else. Not that hard. But still my go to wish you guys were closer. But can’t complain great work. And the eye doctor is very nice not a awkward creepy guy like most places.
