While in Charlevoix my left hearing aid quit working. My audiologist in Kentucky recommended I visit Dynamic Hearing Care Systems at their Bellaire store. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. I arrived and was greeted by the owner/audiologist, Todd Birgy who diagnosed the problem (bad receiver) and corrected it immediately He cleaned both instruments and sent me on my way. Very, very good service! Todd is a real professional.

I had a terrific experience at this agency. Dr. Karol’s was knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every way possible. She tested my hearing and eventually set me up with some wonderful top-notch hearing aids if that have dramatically improved quality of my life. I would recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues you know wants the best treatment available.

I have been wearing hearing aids for years. I need a white noise background because of tinnitus. HearUSA in Kingston set me up with a pair that have made an incredible difference to me. Joe was very clear in directions. I had to go back to get some help and without hesitation I was helped.
